Where can I track my order?
After you place an order with us, you'll get an email with the tracking information. Please follow this carefully! If you didn't get an email, there might have been a typo on your email address. Please message us at email@example.com and we can take a look, make sure you're getting all the notifications, and resend you your tracking information.
How long does it take for my order to ship out?
Most orders are shipped out the next business day.
I just placed an order and I want to change it. Can I do that?
Absolutely! You can change your order or add to it as long as we haven’t already sent it out for shipping. Please email us with your order number ASAP and we will gladly help you. Message us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I need to cancel my order, what do I do?
Email us at email@example.com. We will take care of you. Please be advised, we can only do this before your order is shipped out! Otherwise, you can return the deck, but you will be responsible for shipping charges.
What should I do if I did not receive an order confirmation?
Check your spam! If you entered the wrong email address, please contact us, we’ll look into it promptly.
My package should be here by now, where is it?
If you have checked your tracking number and it says delivered, uh oh! You are going to have to contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL to see what is going on. At this point, it is out of our hands and onto the shipping company's wide shoulders. We suggest looking around your neighbors' houses to start, it may be that simple! If the postal service is unable to help, please contact us.
I gave you the wrong address, what should I do?
If the package hasn't gone out yet, we can absolutely make the changes. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Just a heads up, we ship very quickly on weekdays - please message us as soon as possible!
If the package has already gone out, we would suggest contacting the carrier to request re-routing the package. If they are unable to carry that request, and it is sent back to us, we will send it to you once we receive it back. We regret adding that you may have to pay to have it re-shipped if it was your error.
My package has been shipped back to you, what should I do?
As a customer, it is your responsibility to follow the tracking of your packages. Please keep a close eye on your tracking numbers, so that you can monitor packages when they reach your area. If packages are not picked up in time, our shipping carriers will return the package to us. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges needed to re-ship the package, or receive a refund for your items minus shipping the cost of shipping.
